Ministry Essentials Training…
So much information, it has taken me a week to post anything about it. I had a great time. Luckily I had already known a lot of what they covered so I was able to take away the good bits without being completely overwhelmed. 
Our group was the “quiet thinker” type, but that meant we sure grilled Leonard (president of Power to Change) when we were at his place. I am very encouraged by his leadership and the direction he is taking Power to Change. He wholeheartedly supports taking risks and encourages staff to try new strategies.
